These terms apply to all purchases from edgewatersports.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Placing an order
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. This is not yet acceptance. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we can't deliver to your address. If so, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order.
If we find a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Gift vouchers
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• They can be used in store only.
• Any unused balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
• Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash, and we can't replace lost or stolen vouchers.
• Delivery of vouchers is free, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery options, costs and times. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how to return items and get a refund. Both form part of these terms.
As a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day returns window gives you longer than this.
Products and safety
We try to describe and show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes may vary a little between brands.
Watersports carry natural risks. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, use suitable safety equipment, and only take part in activities within your ability and in safe conditions. Manufacturer warranties are in addition to your legal rights.
Our liability to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
Using our website
You may use this website for personal shopping only. Please don't misuse it, for example by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or scraping its content.
The content on this website, including text, photos, graphics and the Edge logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. We aim to keep the site available but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Privacy, changes and governing law
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
