Red Paddle Co started in Devon in 2008 with a simple idea: an inflatable board that paddled like a hard one. Its MSL construction made the boards stiff enough that people stopped apologising for inflatables, and the Ride became the board most people picture when they think of paddleboarding.

We recommend Red for anyone who wants one board to last. They pump up hard, they carry well, the bags and pumps are properly thought through, and the quick-release waist leashes are the safest option on the estuary.

Current stock is below, and there are usually more sizes in the shop. Hire one first if you want to feel the difference.
