As with all the previous Progression DVDs, the aim is always to build up gradually to more difficult, complex and technical tricks by starting simple and the Professional DVD is no different.

We deal with 7 families of tricks, with the ultimate aim to master a very high level freestyle move, but what will become apparent is that this final stage is only 2 or 3 small steps on from a far simpler trick. But don’t assume these small steps are necessarily easy, sometimes an extra 180 degrees of rotation takes a massive increase in skill, aggression and determination!

What this means is that whether you are looking to learn a back 2 wrapped or a back mobe 7 you have as much to gain from this DVD.
